RWNA owns and operates Pipe End Prep machines which are engineered for precision on site beveling and counter boring of light wall, heavy wall pipe, tube or casing. The machines are designed for the rigorous service requirements of onshore and offshore facilities where piping and weld quality are critical. Our Pipe End Prep Machines also could be converted to Flange Facing Machines in less than 15 minutes.

The machine mandrel and chuck assembly mount quickly to the pipe I.D. and is completely self centering. The machine body is inserted on the mandrel shaft and requires minimal clearance. One person can set up and operate a 12 inch schedule 80 pipe in less than 5 minutes.

The machines have the ability to handle boiler tube, heavy wall pipe, thin wall tube, prep elbows. A well prepared bevel reduces failures and increases the quality of the final welding process.
